What You Will Do

As the Commercial Community Coordinator, you will be the primary connection between Paramount and our commercial tenants. Working independently while collaborating with a broad support team, you will help deliver an exceptional tenant experience through administrative excellence, leasing support, property coordination, and responsive customer service. This role provides exposure to every facet of commercial property management while allowing you to make a meaningful impact on the success of our properties and tenants.

Work Environment

Based within a commercial office environment, this role extends well beyond the desk. You will regularly interact with tenants, tour properties, coordinate vendors and contractors, and help ensure our commercial communities operate at their best.

Working independently as the on-site presence, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy while staying connected to a collaborative support team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who takes ownership, enjoys variety, and isn't afraid to step in wherever needed to get the job done.

What You Will Do

As part of a close-knit property team, the Property Care Attendant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the pristine condition and welcoming atmosphere of a property. Demonstrating your commitment to cleanliness and customer service, you will help create a living environment our tenants are proud to call home.

  • General Cleaning tasks: common areas and hallways
  • Maintain Curb appeal of outdoor areas
  • Deep cleaning: carpets, floor maintenance, furniture
  • Clean and maintain community spaces and guest suites
  • Refuse facility management
  • Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants
  • Coordinate cleaning requirements with management
  • Maintain Supplies and equipment inventory
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines
  • Deliver assignments on time
  • Quality assurance
  • Maintenance Support: report issues, emergency/project cleanup

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience, residential, commercial or hospitality

May work independently or as a team, primarily during regular hours. However, there will be needs that may fall outside of those hours - after hours emergency calls and high turnover periods.

As part of a dynamic small on-site team, the Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in the maintenance and repair activities within a specific building or set of buildings. Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality, you will help ensure the sustainability and successful operations of the property/properties. 

  • General Maintenance tasks: repairs, replacements and renovations
  • Preventative Maintenance - equipment and property
  • Seasonal maintenance - assist with snow clearing and salting
  • Various interior and exterior cleaning
  • Supplies and equipment inventory
  • Work order documents and logs
  • Rotational Emergency and seasonal afterhours response
  • Maintain and inspect equipment
  • Adhere to safety guidelines
  • Complete liability and life safety checks
  • Deliver assignments on time
  • Quality assurance
  • Collaborate with a vast and diverse team

What you Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience as maintenance technician - versatile skillset
  • Perhaps Technical certification in a relevant field
  • Awareness of safe work practice with hand tools and other equipment

  • Estimating skills, both time and materials
